Wednesday’s game against Jensen Beach was a heartbreaker for the Centennial Eagles, as they lost the lead late in a 3-2 defeat. The game was tied at two with Jensen Beach batting in the top of the eighth when Patrick Gillen lined out, driving in a run.
The pitching was strong on both sides. Jensen Beach pitchers struck out six, while Centennial sat down four.

In the top of the seventh inning, Jensen Beach tied things up at two. Jeremy Galinis grounded out, scoring one run.
