Centennial Eagles JV’s lost the lead late in a 7-4 defeat to Port St. Lucie on Saturday.

Port St. Lucie trailed 4-3 in the top of the sixth inning when Tyler singled on a 1-2 count, scoring two runs. The Eagles lost despite out-hitting Port St. Lucie 11 to 4.

In the top of the second inning, Port St. Lucie tied things up at one. An error scored one run for Port St. Lucie.

Centennial notched three runs in the fourth inning. Darnel Joseph, Jackson Lambert, and Joey Reiprecht each had RBIs in the big inning.
